- For optimal health, we recommend that shakes be enjoyed twice daily with breakfast and dinner meals or
dessert.
- Blend about three minutes for thicker shakes.
- For thicker, creamier shakes, we recommend adding additional bananas or yogurt.
- For optimal taste, we recommend that Fit4Kids or Fit4Teens be blended with vanilla flavored soy
milk or rice milk and organic fruit.
Peanut Butter Blizzard 1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk or rice milk 2 Tbsp.
creamy peanut butter (Almond butter recommended) 1 medium banana 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Drink immediately and enjoy.
Berry Delicious 1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of yogurt 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a thick delicious shake.
Chunky Monkey 1 Scoop Shake Mix
8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 1 medium banana 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a yummy shake.
Banana Split 1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 1 medium banana ½ cup frozen strawberries 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients
into a blender. Blend into a wonderful treat.

¼ teaspoon peppermint extract 1 tablespoon vanilla flavored yogurt 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a minty shake.

Chocolate Covered Cherry 1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk ½ cup frozen dark sweet cherries
2 tablespoons yogurt 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a very cherry treat.
Peanut Butter and Jelly
1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 2 tablespoons peanut butter (almond butter recommended) ½ cup strawberries 3 ice cubes Put
all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a gooey treat.
Cookies n Cream 1 Scoop Shake Mix 8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk
2 tablespoons ready made whipped cream Put all ingredients into a blender (except whipped cream). Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass. Swirl in whipped cream.

Milky Way 1 Scoop Shake Mix
8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 1 tablespoon caramel sauce 2 tablespoons of vanilla flavored yogurt 3 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender
(except caramel). Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Swirl in caramel. Enjoy.
Smores 1 Scoop Shake Mix
8 oz. milk or vanilla soy milk/rice milk 1 tablespoon marshmallow crème Pour into glass. Swirl in marshmallow. Mmmm.
